When I learned about Frontkom, I didn’t hesitate for a second; it seemed too good to be true! Frontkom is an exciting and forward-thinking company that dares to think innovatively to create excellent customer solutions. Experts here are skilled at what they do and understand the direction the market is heading.
We joyfully share knowledge and work to make each other better because we genuinely want to achieve the goals we’ve set. Having previously worked in both the public and private sectors, I’ve never experienced such understanding and willingness to collaborate. Many of us are parents with young children, facing unpredictable routines. The flexibility at work keeps me motivated and positive.

It was tempting to work with friendly people in a small environment – as Frontkom was when I started in 2017. Here, we have the opportunity to shape our own role based on our initiatives, and I have been involved in various aspects of projects – from sales to delivery.
It’s a dynamic and forward-thinking technical environment where initiative is applauded. It’s motivating to go the extra mile to deliver something we can be proud of, and I find it exciting to build solutions from scratch. For me, it is particularly meaningful to work with educational institutions.
