The recruitment process
Application
We assess experience, competence and relevance.
Initial conversation
A brief clarification of motivation and mutual interest.
Interview rounds
Typically 3 conversations where we go in depth on competence, role understanding and how you will contribute at Frontkom. If needed, we include a professional task.
Extended assessment
For certain roles the process may include additional conversations or a meeting with our company coach.
Decision
We give a final decision after the process and follow up further dialogue upon an offer.
Preboarding
Before your start date you get access to relevant information and resources so you are well prepared when you begin.
