About the Dønn Grønn concept

Oslo became cleaner, more pleasant and more environmentally friendly with the introduction of Dønn Grønn in 2017. The 100 per cent electric courier service won environmental awards and secured major contracts in record time after being established by Transport-Formidlingen SA – and we were behind the entire concept.

Our client, Transport-Formidlingen (TF), is one of Norway's largest transport exchanges, with 140 vehicle owners and approximately 400 vehicles in total. Looking to reinvent itself, TF wanted to launch an environmentally friendly alternative for courier services in Oslo and Akershus.

Impact and customer value

Dønn Grønn launched in early spring 2018 with two vehicles. Six months later, Dønn Grønn had 14 vehicles operating across Oslo and Akershus. Within a short time, the green courier service secured agreements with, amongst others, the Norwegian Tax Administration, the Oslo Water and Sewage Works, and Øyafestivalen.

The new digital solution gave Dønn Grønn a clearer and more professional online presence, making it easier for customers to understand the offering and get in touch.
