Sykehusklovnene is in a phase of rapid growth while simultaneously increasing its revenue to offer the world's best prescription-free medicine. Every year, the hospital clowns bring invaluable joy and vitality to children going through a tough daily life in hospital and receiving treatment at home.
Bella Bing Bong, Piffi Gundersen, Trulte Multe, Alfakrøll, BingoLaila and all the other hospital clowns make injections fun and hospital corridors more colourful. To be able to spread even more joy, money must be raised.
New websites and a new CRM system, together with campaigns and advertising, give us good control over donor data and strong reports throughout our marketing work. We are especially pleased with the design work, which truly captures who we are.
A new digital platform to give more children magical moments in hospital
– To be able to run Sykehusklovnene and create a better hospital experience for the youngest patients, we need to increase our revenue. Today, Sykehusklovnene reaches 1 in 10 children in hospital, and we are seeing increased demand from families, healthcare staff and above all from the children themselves. Meeting more children requires targeted and dedicated effort, says Marianne Grøthe Lund.
Marianne leads the work on Sykehusklovnene's side to create a new website and implement a CRM system on the Cornerstone platform. Frontkom has delivered the design work, set the digital strategy and set up the technical solutions together with Cornerstone.

From strategy to results – a partnership for growth
The entire process of replacing the existing CMS and CRM has gone smoothly and quickly. Now the digital platform is in place and the work of running campaigns, advertising and fundraising is beginning in earnest.
– We are continuing to use Frontkom to run our social media campaigns, and we receive strong reports that give us the basis for getting market response. We feel that Frontkom is becoming an integrated part of our marketing apparatus here at Sykehusklovnene, and that feels great, says Marianne Grøthe Lund.
