
About the project
Hans Nielsen Hauge VGS has been running a school in central Fredrikstad since 2014, gradually growing to become a school with close to 270 pupils and a strong reputation both academically and socially. When competition for pupils intensified, the school approached Frontkom for help with strategy and recruitment.
From autumn 2024, the school is expanding with 1,000 sqm of additional space, three parallel classes and a broader range of subjects for pupils.

Results
Let us start with the results: Hans Nielsen Hauge VGS experienced an increase and improved quality in application figures. Marketing activities supported the school's strategy and strengthened the brand both internally and externally.
Strong content and advertising on social media platforms such as Snapchat and TikTok performed exceptionally well. HNH VGS filled its inbox with more school applications than ever before and gained more new pupils – including ambitious and academically strong pupils who applied much earlier than previously.
