Process
Visually, we worked to create a solution that reflects the modern through the accessible and jovial, while also delivering a proper and well-organised expression. In a small project group together with Madi, we first set the direction — vision and strategy — then the visual concept. We developed the logo, colours, drew graphic elements and icons, set the typography, and worked on photography. On the website, we handled both design and technical development front and back.

The simple and geometric shape in the logo (the house), the name, and the illustration style work well together. With an uneven wood-grain texture as a graphic element, as timber is their most important resource.


The solution
To reflect simplicity, the design is relatively stripped back. The brand identity doesn't take up much space — just enough to establish a clear personality with characteristic colours and shapes. The user should be left with the impression that this is simple and fast, yet also a little exclusive.
A lot of white space is used so that the colours and brand identity come across as clear and easy to understand.


The design is a combination of cosy and warm with touches of something exclusive, emphasised by the use of colour. This is balanced by keeping it simple and clear, and placing everything within an elegant frame where the elements have room to breathe. It reflects the underlying seriousness here — modular homes, genuine quality, and a well-run organisation.
