About the project
We have worked with Plan for more than 10 years on technical advisory and development, as well as coordinating third parties responsible for design, communications and other contributions.
Initially we developed the website and online shop. We then carried out a technical and visual overhaul of "My Page". One of the more recent deliveries is the implementation of a customer data platform (CDP) for personalising user journeys at Plan. As part of this, we have also mapped the various user journeys.
Plan Norge is the Norwegian branch of Plan International – one of the world's largest humanitarian organisations for children's rights. In 2022, Plan provided active assistance to over 100 countries and supported millions of children and young people.
