Physical stores connected to the online store

Retro has four physical stores located in Trondheim, Bergen, and Kristiansand. By default, inventory is updated based on both Trondheim locations, while Bergen and Kristiansand are "disabled for online purchases" and shown for information only.

When an order is placed containing products from different warehouses, a stock movement is created to illustrate where specific items should be picked from to fulfil the order. When items are returned, this information is used to return them to the warehouse they were originally picked from.

With advanced reporting, Retro employees can see where individual products come from, manage transfers, and later visualise them in the ERP system upon export.

Easy product wishlisting

Customers sometimes want to wait for their next pay cheque, find inspiration, share a nice item with a friend, or browse more products. A simple, fast, and accessible wishlist is a great driver for upselling and new customers through recommendations.

Efficient back-office routines drive growth

We have optimised Retro's back office specifically for the fashion industry and their needs. This means Retro employees work more smoothly, easily, and efficiently with product information, product linking, media such as images and video, and full outfits tied to seasons.

We have also built simple and intuitive tools that make it easy for staff to manage how the product range is presented in the store. They can drag and drop elements and media to showcase the assortment in the best possible way. Every day.

To ensure fast and effective end-customer follow-up and an efficient working day, we have also tailored the order management and customer service solutions to the way Retro operates. An efficient and customised back office helps employees increase customer satisfaction and frees up internal resources for sales-promoting activities.

Product categorisation and menu structure happen automatically

For well-functioning online stores, product categorisation is absolutely essential. It makes products more searchable and makes campaigns and promotion of specific products to different target audiences much more manageable.

For Retro, we built categorisation functionality that allows staff to manually build a menu structure based on categories such as "Women", "Men", "New Arrivals", and "Summer Sale". The URL structure will automatically update itself when a prefix is linked to the main URL. A page will return no results if it is not promoted in the menu, even if the link is accessible.

Get a reminder when sold-out sizes are back in stock

For sold-out sizes, customers can request a reminder when the item is back in stock in exactly their size. This also accounts for several factors that affect availability beyond just inventory status, such as planned availability.

Selected integrations

Logistra Cargonizer for logistics

Cloud-based transport management in a flexible, affordable, and user-friendly way. The integration enables price calculations, automatic shipment creation, automatic label printing on status changes, and automatic shipment cancellation.

Vipps for payment and login

Vipps has 4 million users and customers like to pay with Vipps when shopping online. The integration enables simple login and payment with Vipps.

Klarna for payment

Klarna Checkout is arguably the most popular payment platform (PSP) in the Nordic countries, with a very large user base. Frontkom maintains the official Drupal Klarna module and works closely with Klarna to deliver the best shopping experience. Available payment methods: card, invoice, and financing with instalments.

Meta for social media feed

Meta is one of the most important communication and marketing channels for online stores. We offer integrations for Facebook login, content sharing, Instagram Shopping feed, detailed tracking with Facebook Pixel and Google Analytics.

Strex for SMS communication

Strex is an effective platform for SMS marketing with notifications and customer dialogue. The integration makes it easy to send order confirmations, picking and shipping updates, information about sales and offers, and event invitations.
