A unified digital platform
We helped Carma develop a full platform built for the future—an ultra-modern online store seamlessly integrated with the physical shop and loyalty programme. More operations are automated, making daily work easier for the team. Every change is rooted in Carma’s well-established brand and in inspiring quality-conscious customers to grow their wardrobes.


Efficient back-office routines drive growth
We optimised Carma’s back office specifically for fashion retail. A tailored admin boosts efficiency and customer satisfaction, and frees internal capacity for sales-driving work. Carma now works more smoothly and effectively with product data, product relations, visuals such as images and video, and building and selling full looks by season.
We also built simple, powerful tools so staff can present the assortment in the online store with ease—drag-and-drop layouts and media to showcase products in the best possible way, every day.
To ensure fast, high-quality customer follow-up and an efficient workday, we tailored order handling and customer service flows to the way Carma operates.


Premium digital retail
The digital shopping experience must express the brand and amplify it in a digital world.
Expertise sits at the heart of Carma’s brand. Skilled specialists hand-pick garments and style complete outfits to inspire and offer full looks across seasons and occasions. With bespoke photography and styling they help customers build wardrobes of pieces they love and wear for years. Every brand has a story—and every day Carma works to tell it.
Smooth checkout
For Carma we built a checkout experience on a single page—gift wrapping, gift cards, vouchers, and pickup points with map support, without sending shoppers to another page or reloading. That means a fast, seamless journey and fewer abandoned carts.
We also implemented full return flows with refunds and fees in Carma’s store. During returns, customers can change sizes, exchange items, or request a refund.


Shop the look—add the full outfit
Let’s be honest—for years many of us have wanted to buy the exact outfit the model is wearing. In a physical store you can point and say “I’ll take everything she’s wearing,” but online it has been harder.
For Carma we built functionality that solves exactly this. Shoppers can see every item the model wears in “Style with this” and add the full look to the cart in one click—fast shopping for customers, higher satisfaction, better automation in service, and a strong upsell opportunity.

Bring for shipping
Bring is Norway’s most widely used carrier for e-commerce parcels. We support flat-rate shipping, full integration with Fraktguiden, tracking and customer notifications, and logistics via solutions such as Logistra Cargonizer.
Vipps for payments
With four million users, Vipps is a preferred way to pay online. The integration enables simple login and payment with Vipps.
Klarna for payments
Klarna Checkout is one of the most popular payment platforms in the Nordics. Frontkom maintains the official Drupal Klarna module and works closely with Klarna to deliver the best experience. Available methods: card, invoice, and instalment financing.
Front Systems for POS
Front Systems is an omni-channel POS that brings every sales channel into one intuitive app. The integration connects online and stores with one product catalogue, sales reporting, stock counting, and tailored SMS to customers.
