About the client
Plan is a global aid organization that has worked for children’s rights in more than 50 countries since 1937. With contributions from over 20 countries, children receive education, better health, protection and financial security from Plan. This is a very important societal task and we encourage you to support Plan International.
Delivery and co-operation
We’ve worked with Plan for more than 10 years with technical advice and development, as well as coordinating third parties who have been responsible for design, communication and other contributions.
To begin with, we developed the website and online store. We then did a technical and visual upgrade of “My page”. One of the latest deliveries is the implementation of a customer data platform (CDP) for the personalization of user journeys at Plan. In this context, we’ve also done a mapping of the various user journeys.
